Chicago Home Staging will do a complimentary evaluation to determine the level of service best suited to your property and your needs. During this consultation, we will take extensive notes and photos and discuss an appropriate staging proposal.

LEVELS OF SERVICES

• MINI STAGING includes an on-site evaluation in which we provide a comprehensive Room-by-Room Analysis and Seller To-Do List designed to help the client see their space through the eyes of a potential buyer and take the necessary steps to get their property market-ready on their own.
• SERVICE LEVEL 1 provides design/staging skill targeted to enhance the market appeal of the client’s property by utilizing his or her own furnishings and accessories.
• SERVICE LEVEL 2 encompasses Level 1 with the addition of Chicago Home Staging accessories specifically chosen to enhance the client’s own furniture and accessories to appeal the greatest number of buyers.
• SERVICE LEVEL 3 WITH RENTAL FURNITURE - is designed for vacant properties. We will choose the rental furniture and provide Chicago Home Staging Accessories to transform the client’s property into a beautiful model that will WOW potential buyers. Once we choose the rental furniture, the client will have a separate contract with Rental Furniture Company.

• SERVICE LEVEL 3 DEVELOPER'S MODEL provides design/staging skill targeted to enhance a vacant developer’s model by providing furniture and accessory props purchased on behalf of the developer. This service level may be a good choice for developers who need more staging time due to multiple units, and may need to move the staging to different units when the models sell out.
